Chargeable @ $10/level/item

Merchant exchange policy (due to faulty item):

In case of manufacturing defects, seller must be informed within 7 days from the date item has been received and be provided with a photo/video of the defect as reference. (Refer to company T&C).

Merchant return policy:

Items bought from LCF Furniture Store (except customised, clearance products, modular wardrobes, bedroom sets, bedsheets and items that require on-site assembly) can be returned and exchanged for products which are of the same or greater price value within 7 days.

A restocking fee of $50-$150 per item will be imposed. Should the customer choose to exchange existing item for another item with a greater price, the customer will also be required to top-up the price difference.

**Item must remain in their intact/re-sellable condition

Change of mind on buyer's end is not a valid reason for return/exchange
